Singapore Budget 2015: Foreign worker levies' pace of increase to be refined

The government will refine the pace of increase in foreign worker levies, as "foreign worker inflows have slowed down markedly", Tharman Shanmugaratnam, Deputy Prime Minister, and Minister of Finance, said on Monday.
"However, the tight labour market is now a reality. Firms have to devise new ways to survive and grow," he said.
