Fake News Detector

Call it “fake news” or “alternative facts” - untruths have become rampant in the digital age. US President Donald Trump has accused media organisations such as CNN and The New York Times of publishing fake news about him (while publishing some fake news tweets of his own). Even tech giants such as Google and Facebook are grappling to crack down on the issue.

Closer to home, about 40% of Singaporeans question the news they read, according to a study by Blackbox Research. Even Law and Home Affairs minister K. Shanmugam has brought up the issue in Parliament.
