Standard Chartered Singapore not planning branch closures

The bank considers Singapore a high-growth city and its presence here is strategic

Standard Chartered Singapore has 19 branches, including seven Priority Banking centres. It also has 32 automated teller machines or ATMs across the island.


EVEN as the United Kingdom-based Standard Chartered Bank plans to close up to 100 branches or 8 per cent of its global network to improve its profits, it has no plans to close any of its Singapore branches.
