Roxy-Pacific's Q3 net profit up 7% to S$13.25m

Roxy-Pacific Holdings has posted a 7 per cent increase in third quarter net profit to S$13.25 million.

Revenue climbed 31 per cent to S$87.65 million - due mainly to higher revenue from property development and property investment, partly offset by a fall in revenue from hotel ownership.

Earnings per share rose to 1.11 cents in Q3 FY2015 from 1.04 cents in Q3 FY2014. Net asset value per share stood at 37.05 cents as at end-Sept 2015, higher than the 33.54 cents as at end-December 2014.

As at Oct 21, 2015, based on units sold from ongoing development projects, the group has S$412.0 million of revenue to be progressively recognised from Q4 2015 to 2018.
