HK cancels flights, shuts schools as Typhoon Nida approaches

Cathay Pacific and Dragonair on Monday cancelled all their flights in and out of Hong Kong for 16 hours as Typhoon Nida moved closer to the city. More than 220 flights out of Guangzhou, Shenzhen and Zhuhai in mainland China were also to be cancelled.
