German-based Oldendorff Carriers prefers to train and grow its own teams from the ground up at its offices worldwide, including Singapore.

OLDENDORFF Carriers (Singapore), which has been in the bulk carrier business since 1921, has seen its operations here grow from 19 employees to more than 130 over the last eight years. The Singapore office was the 13th in the German group's global network, and was set up as its Asian hub.
