Gaggan's modern Indian comes out tops

Singapore's Andre and Waku Ghin get strong showing, while tables are turned with Nahm dropping from 1st to 7th and new entrants from Cambodia and the Philippines

A jubilant Andre Chiang was both happy and relieved to be in 5th place, up from No. 6 last year. "People were expecting a dramatic change (in results) so I'm very happy we were able to maintain our position," said the chef of his Restaurant Andre.
