Iranian women wave white flags, but it's hardly a surrender for them

A small but vocal group of protesters is challenging social, cultural norms in the country amid arrests

Many Iranians have grown resentful of rules that they can see for themselves are out of step with most of the rest of the world and have taken to flouting them whenever and wherever they feel free enough to do so.
