Pop Up with chef Pascal Barbot

RENOWNED chef Pascal Barbot of three Michelin-starred restaurant L'Astrance will be in Singapore for a four-night pop-up culinary event at Blu, Shangri-La Hotel.

Chef Barbot is renowned for novel and unexpected combinations of ingredients and flavours in his dishes at L'Astrance.

He previously worked at top restaurants such as Maxim's in Paris, and also worked under chef Alain Passard at L'Arpege.
