Mudslinging between Hillary and the Donald isn't a modern-day phenomenon

Who knows? Perhaps after the election campaign dies down and a new president is inaugurated, Mrs Clinton and Mr Trump - the two former New York buddies from the 1990s - will become good friends once again. After all, it's happened before.
