9,999-year Guillemard site up for sale at indicative price of S$99m

It has the potential to be redeveloped into a new residential project with an allowable GFA of about 103,967 sq ft

At the indicative price of S$99 million with a development charge of about S$14.6 million to maximise the GFA, the land rate for the site will come up to about S$993 per sq ft per plot ratio, says Cushman & Wakefield.
