EUROPEAN-INSPIRED RENAISSANCE: Work is planned for August to secure and weatherise a 120,000 sq ft building that was the Packard Motor Car Co's main office. It may be available for occupancy by mid-2016. The entire project will take seven to 15 years and cost between US$400 million and US$500 million.
