E-applications for Northwave executive condominium to open on June 25

THE 358-unit Northwave executive condominium (EC) will open for e-applications on June 25, said Hao Yuan Investment on Wednesday.

Located at Woodlands Avenue 12, Northwave comprises a mix of two-bedroom to five-bedroom flats and penthouses. There are a total of 47 two-bedroom units (of 678 and 753 sq ft), 259 three-bedroom units (893 to 1,130 sq ft), 31 four-bedroom units (1,270 sq ft) and 15 five-bedroom units (1,463 sq ft). There are six penthouses (1,593 and 1,722 sq ft).

E-applications will be open from June 25 to July 7 and bookings are expected to start on July 9. The sales gallery of Northwave is located at Woodlands View. The EC is expected to obtain its Temporary Occupation Permit in February 2019.
