Bar-Roque Grill

OPEN as usual over the CNY period. Take a break from Lo Hei; it's not often you get a French restaurant who takes to Chinese New Year with this much fervour.

Petite Menu

Opening hours for Petite Menu will remain unchanged from their normal operation hours. Their three or four-course menu for Chinese New Year features a smoked salmon salad with gold chips, a rich roasted duck broth, halibut risotto, and a contemporary take on the traditional Thai dessert red ruby for dessert.

Brussels Sprouts

Open as usual over the Chinese New Year weekend. Brussels Sprouts showcases the all-important Yu Sheng a la Belgian available for the eve of Lunar New Year till Chap Goh Mei. The Poisson Cru Platter is made up of turnip, beetroot, peanuts, rollmops and mussels crackers to be tossed in sirop de liege and raspberry vinegar. This Belgian creation comes highly recommended to welcome new beginnings in the best of spirits.

Picotin

Open as usual over the Chinese New Year weekend. Picotin Express's popular pizzas take centre stage with two new additions just for the first three days of the Chinese New Year. Fttingly named after sterling steeds bearing Chinese thoroughbreds, sink your teeth into the Guoxia Pizza, uniquely sprinkled with roast duck, plum sauce and water chestnut. For the more traditional chinois touch, savour the sumptuous Lijiang Pizza with highlights of the ambrosial Chinese sausage and spring onions as main ingredients.

Available for the entire month of January 2014 till the first week of the Lunar New Year, the Abundance Prosperity Platter for couple sharing is the super hit for this festive period. Enjoy this delicious combination set of perfectly roasted sweet plum glazed spring chicken, slow-cooked crispy skinned pork belly, seared sweet-soured chilli prawns and deep-fried golden pillows. The appetite pleasing Abundance Prosperity Platter is priced at $58.80+ accompanied by two bottles of Koniq Ludwig Weissbier, and $48.80+ without the beer.

Restaurant Home

Closed on the first day of Chinese New Year but normal operations will resume on Feb 1. CNY Set Menus, CNY Limited A la Carte Set Menus and CNY Take Away Menus will be served till Feb 14, 2014, featuring specialities from head chef Tan Yong Hua such as Barbecued Duck with Lychee Wood, Baked Marble Goby in Claypot with Chef Tan's In-House Recipe, Stewed Yellow Noodles with Lobster and Spring Onions wrapped in O'Ba Leaf, and Steamed Chicken with Flower Mushrooms, Bamboo Shoot & Pork.

For the Chinese festive season, Restaurant HOME also offers a selection of takeaway dishes, such as the Pen Cai, a treasure trove of premium ingredients, as well as the classic yu sheng. The restaurant will not be having its normal a la carte menu available during the CNY period of Jan 15 to 14 Feb, 2014. Only the CNY Limited A la carte menu will be available during this period.

Paradise Group

Taste Paradise and Paradise Dynasty @ ION will be closed on the first day of CNY, but regular operations will resume from Feb 1.

Greenhouse

If you want a feast this Lunar New Year without going through the trouble of cooking, then head down to Greenhouse for their buffet spread this weekend. In addition to their usual extravagant spread, they will also be serving Yu Sheng with tuna, sea whelk, hamachi and salmon. Jiang-Nan Chun

Tuck into the new year at Jiang-Nan Chun with a range of dishes including steamed "Soon Hock" fish with soy sauce, braised pork trotter with six-head quality abalone, roast chicken with truffles, and steamed Boston lobster with minced garlic.
