THE following stocks had announcements or developments that may influence trading on Wednesday.

OSIM International: Investor lobby group Securities Investors Association (Singapore), or SIAS, has called on takeover regulator Securities Industry Council (SIC) to further examine lifestyle products group OSIM International founder Ron Sim's unintentional purchases of shares on April 5 above his revised and final takeover offer price.
