Gamification a growing trend: DBS, SingTel
GAMIFICATION, or the use of gaming elements in a non-gaming environment to increase engagement with target consumers, is an emerging trend that will be at the forefront of every business, said DBS Bank's Christopher Ng and SingTel's Cheong Hai Thoo.
Mr Ng, DBS' vice-president of group strategic marketing and communications, said that gamification, if done correctly, would translate into better customer engagement, acquisition and awareness for companies.
