PSA launches new container terminal in Maharashtra, set to be India's biggest

Bharat Mumbai Container Terminals' Phase 1 development is currently operational with a quay length of 1,000 metres, six super post-panamax cranes, the deepest berths and largest rail yard in Jawaharlal Nehru Port.


PSA's US$1.2 billion Bharat Mumbai Container Terminals (BMCT), which will be India's largest container terminal when it is fully developed in 2022, was officially opened at Jawaharlal Nehru Port on Sunday.
