US trucks' rolling coal: A juvenile prank or anti-green statement?

The Illini State Pullers event in Illinois. "Rolling coal" has its origins in truck pulls, in which pick-ups compete to pull a heavy sled the farthest. Drivers modify their trucks to pump excessive fuel into the engines.
