Digital banks unlikely to replace existing bank accounts: study

Younger customers already conduct much of their daily lives via screens, making them a "natural fit for digital banks", while the affluent are seeking better and easier ways to manage their money, says PwC.


DIGITAL banks are not expected to replace existing primary banking relationships for the majority of customers in Singapore, with most likely to view their digital bank as a secondary account if they do open one.
