Alliance Healthcare Group to raise S$4.5m in net proceeds from Catalist listing
Of the 32 million IPO shares priced at S$0.20 apiece, one million will be sold by way of public offer

ALLIANCE Healthcare Group is offering 32 million shares at S$0.20 each as it seeks a listing on the Catalist board of the Singapore Exchange, which will see it raising S$4.5 million in net proceeds.
Part of the proceeds will be used towards investing in technology as part of its broader digital transformation efforts.
Of the 32 million shares, one million will be sold by way of public offer, while 31 million shares will be by way of placement.
