Bitcoin trades above US$25,000 for first time since mid-June
BITCOIN surpassed US$25,000 for the first time since mid-June before paring gains.
The largest cryptocurrency gained 1.6 per cent to US$24,882 around 4 am New York time after rising over 2 per cent to trade above the US$25,000 mark. It is still down 46.5 per cent year-to-date.
