JPMorgan Singapore has been boosting its staff count in the area of cybersecurity and investment banking technology, and will hire more as it ramps up efforts in this area, said country head Edmund Lee.

The US bank plans to hire 700 people for its operations based in Changi over the next few years, which would take its staff count at its centre of excellence to 3,500.
