Boardroom plans to expand with RM164.1m acquisition

MAINBOARD-LISTED corporate services provider Boardroom plans to buy a Malaysian peer's subsidiaries, in a move it said would help to ramp up its presence across the Causeway.
Boardroom has inked a conditional share sale agreement with Symphony House Group for the Symphony Corporatehouse Sdn Bhd unit and three wholly owned subsidiaries, the company said on Monday.
