CapitaLand's wholly owned subsidiary CVH Sparkle Pte Ltd has divested its entire 65 per cent stake in Sparkle Value Homes Company (SVH) for US$4.6 million to parties unrelated to CapitaLand. SVH is incorporated in Vietnam, and undertakes real estate development business in Vietnam.
