Flat Q4 profits for Cortina Holdings
CORTINA Holdings' fourth-quarter net profit was flat at S$3.8 million from the year-ago period, the group said in a Singapore Exchange filing on Friday evening.
For the three months ended March 31, revenue expanded 13.4 per cent to S$106.1 million from the preceding year.
Earnings per share rose to 7.1 Singapore cents from 5.1 Singapore cents in the previous year.
Net asset value per share crept up to 96.3 Singapore cents as at March 31, from 92.8 Singapore cents a year ago.
There was a final dividend of 2.0 Singapore cents and a special dividend of 1.0 Singapore cent per ordinary share declared.
Cortina Holdings shares finished S$0.05 or 6.5 per cent up at S$0.825 on Friday.
