KrisEnergy names new COO
KRISENERGY Limited announced on Tuesday that current vice-president, legal, and president of Cambodia operations, Kelvin Tang, has been appointed chief operating officer, effective March 15, 2017. He will remain as president of the Cambodia operations.
In other changes to its management and board of directors following their recent financial restructuring, current deputy general counsel Sally Ting will succeed Mr Tang as general counsel for the KrisEnergy Group.
Chrystle Kuek, who is senior legal counsel, will take over the role of joint company secretary together with Jennifer Lee from Intertrust Group from March 15, 2017.
Executive directors Richard Lorentz and Chris Gibson-Robinson will be stepping down from the board of directors, effective April 24, 2017. They will remain in their executive roles until June 30, 2017, and thereafter become advisors to the chief executive officer.
