Management changes at CDW after chairman's retirement

PRECISION component producer CDW Holding's chairman and chief executive officer is retiring, and will be replaced by the current chief operating officer.

Chairman and CEO Urano Koichi, 61, was appointed to the position on Mar 31, 2012.

He holds 1.33 million shares and one million share options in CDW Holding.

Following his retirement, Yoshikawa Makoto, 44, will relinquish his position as chief operating officer and assume the CEO position.

In turn, Kato Tomonori, 47, has been appointed chief operating officer and executive director. He has been the executive officer and head chief of the display business division in Tomoike Industrial Co since 2016.

All changes take effect from April 30.
