MOU between Epicentre and Coterie Dining Concepts lapses

EPICENTRE Holdings on Thursday said a Memorandum of Understanding it signed on Oct 27, 2017 with Coterie Dining Concepts and Coterie's shareholders has lapsed.
Both companies do not intend to extend the six-month agreement.
Epicentre shares, which are usually thinly traded on the Singapore bourse, last traded on April 17 at S$0.085.
