Noble Group appoints two senior executives
NOBLE Group Limited announced on Tuesday that it has recently appointed two senior executives - David Port as group chief risk officer (CRO) and Alison Bott as group head of human resources.
Mr Port, who brings with him more than 20 years in international trading and risk management, takes over the CRO position from Bill Cronin and will be based in London and will report to CEO Yusuf Alireza and the Board Risk Committee.
He will also join the management committee and participate in the investment & capital markets committee. The group's existing market risk, credit risk and operational risk teams will report to him. Mr Port was from E.On Global Commodities in Dusseldorf, Germany, where he was most recently its chief risk officer and a member of the board.
Ms Bott will be based in London and will report directly to Mr Alireza. She will also join the management committee. With over 16 years of human resources experience, she joined Noble Group from Goldman Sachs where she spent six years as partner in charge of human capital management for Asia.
