Stocks to watch: SIA, ST Engineering, Frasers Property, Keppel Infrastructure Trust, Dyna-Mac
THE following companies saw new developments that may affect trading of their securities on Monday (Nov 18):
Singapore Airlines (SIA) : The group posted a 7.4 per cent year-on-year rise in passenger traffic for October 2024. On Friday, SIA said that this brought its revenue passenger-kilometre (the number of passengers multiplied by the distance flown) to 12.9 billion for the month, up from 12 billion the year before. Shares of SIA closed up 1.1 per cent at S$6.33 on Friday before the news.
ST Engineering : The technology and engineering group on Monday reported a 14 per cent increase in revenue to S$2.8 billion for the third quarter ended September, from S$2.4 billion in the previous corresponding period. It also proposed a third quarter interim dividend of S$0.04 per share, unchanged from the year-ago period. Shares of ST Engineering closed 0.2 per cent or S$0.01 higher at S$4.71.
