STARHUB CEO and executive director Tan Tong Hai will step down from his positions with effect from May 1, 2018 to pursue his "own interests", in a surprise announcement after trading hours on Friday.
By then, Mr Tan will have led the company for almost a decade - five years as CEO, and four years as its chief operating officer (COO).
The group said that it is conducting a global executive search for its new CEO.
