Novo Tellus Alpha Acquisition to start trading on Jan 27
NOVO Tellus Alpha Acquisition (NTAA) - a special purpose acquisition company (SPAC) backed by industrial technology buyout fund Novo Tellus Capital Partners - registered its final prospectus on Thursday (Jan 20), issuing around 30 million units at S$5 apiece.
The offer will open at 8 pm on Jan 20 and close at noon on Jan 25. The trading of the units on the Singapore Exchange (SGX) will then commence on a "ready" basis on Jan 27 at 9 am.
The potential listing of NTAA comes on the heels of 2 other SPACS. Vertex Technology Acquisition Corporation had made its trading debut on Thursday (Jan 20) while Pegasus Asia is expected to commence trading on Friday (Jan 21)
