Ziwo to seek shareholders' nod for change of business to green energy

MAINBOARD-LISTED Ziwo Holdings said on Friday that it will seek shareholders' approval at an extraordinary general meeting on Jan 2 next year to change its business to focus exclusively on opportunities in green energy in China and South-east Asia.
