How China became a caviar powerhouse

Zhejiang-based Kaluga Queen, the world's largest producer of the delicacy, has a 30% global market share and been growing at an average of 20% annually

At full capacity, Kaluga's state-of-the-art processing plant, set up in 2008, will be able to produce 300 tonnes of caviar a year, more than three times its current production levels.
