SHISEIDO is ramping up its hiring and investment in Singapore, as it expands its regional base in a bid to woo shoppers outside east Asia.
The Tokyo-listed cosmetics group, which set up its Asia-Pacific headquarters here in 2016, upgraded its regional hub in Cecil Street on Tuesday.
