Youku Tudou agrees to be bought by Alibaba for $27.60/ADS

[BENGALURU] Youku Tudou Inc, known as China's YouTube, said it agreed to be bought by e-commerce giant Alibaba Group Holding Ltd for US$27.60 per American Depositary Share.
Alibaba had previously offered US$26.60 per ADS in October.
