HUSKY-CNOOC Madura Limited (HCML) stands as among the first field operators this year to award a leased floating production contract, as it looks set to wrap up an ongoing tender tied to the MDA-MBH gas-and-condensate project in Indonesia.
HCML is a joint venture that brings together the Canadian Husky Energy and China National Offshore Oil Corporation (CNOOC) for the project in Indonesia's Madura Strait production sharing contract (PSC).
