Interruption in launch of enhanced SingPass due to system maintenance

[SINGAPORE] The launch of an enhanced SingPass was interrupted by an extended maintenance, which left users unable to sign up for the service a day later.

A spokesman for the Infocomm Development Authority, which manages SingPass, said that the maintenance was due to high traffic and that the SingPass team is working to resolve it.
