E-paying the way forward

Whether they realise it or not, a reliable electronic payments system can boost productivity for SME owners on both the buy and sell side of growing a business.

ASK any SME business owner what's top on their to-do list, and setting up a seamless electronic payment system isn't likely to be one of them.

Yet MasterCard's head of global commercial products Edward Glassman is not dissuaded. In fact, he says, that's par for the course.
