Abe to give keynote address at Shangri-La Dialogue next May

Forum offers platform to present Japan's strategic views to significant audience of regional and world figures, says PM Lee

JAPANESE Prime Minister Shinzo Abe has accepted an invitation to speak at a high-level inter-governmental security forum that Singapore is hosting next May.

The 59-year-old will deliver the keynote address at the next instalment of the Shangri-La Dialogue (SLD), an annual three-day conference organised by the International Institute for Strategic Studies, a London-based independent think-tank.
