GANGWON-DO, apart from being the home province of Pyeongchang, the city that is to host the 2018 Winter Olympics, is full of natural attractions and unique experiences for MICE (meetings, incentives, conferences, and exhibitions) visitors.

Gangwon-do offers expansive scenic mountain views and the clean, refreshing air of the outdoors. Traditionally thought of as a resort area, the province provides various outdoor activities and tour programmes that can enhance a convention experience and make it all the more special.

There is no better place to make the most of Korea's scenic mountains than Gangwon-do, which is located in the mid-eastern part of the Korean peninsula. It is the perfect place for anyone that loves the outdoors.
