SPECULATION about the candidates for Malaysia's 15th general election has been rife, ahead of nominations this Saturday (Nov 5). Not many political parties have hit the streets yet, but election drums are being sounded with numerous meetings and "ceramah" (political seminars) across the country.

Here are five things to watch when the candidates are revealed:
