Construction firm Tiong Seng Holdings said its unit has secured a S$287 million contract from JTC Corporation to build an industrial building at the latter's Ang Mo Kio industrial Park. 

Mainboard-listed Tiong Seng Holdings has secured a S$130.5 million contract from Midtown Development to develop a 20-storey hotel building at Club Street, it announced on Tuesday.

MAINBOARD-LISTED Tiong Seng Holdings' wholly-owned subsidiary has been awarded a contract worth about S$190 million, the construction firm announced on Thursday after market close.
