OCBC unveils S$4m plans with NParks

First-of-its-kind high-tech arboretum in South-east Asia will have IoT system and knowledge centre for conversation

Together with Social and Family Development Minister Desmond Lee and OCBC Bank Group CEO Samuel Tsien, 200 OCBC staff volunteers and their families planted 160 trees at the OCBC Arboretum. Many of these trees are critically endangered due to deforestation and natural loss.


THE National Parks Board (NParks) and OCBC Bank on Saturday unveiled a S$4 million plan for the OCBC Arboretum and the transformation of Singapore's first black and white bungalow into a knowledge centre for conversation.
