Speed of Time
From July 12 to 15, the English estate of Goodwood was turned into the Festival of Speed, one of the top car festivals in the UK as racing fans got to see some of the world's best drivers and cars in action. Montblanc was the official timekeeper of the event for the second consecutive year, and its EVP Marketing Vincent Montalescot presented the brand's The Montblanc TimeWalker Manufacture Chronograph to Volkswagen's Romain Dumas, who won the prestigious Hillclimb Shootout.
The event was also an opportune time for the brand to preview two new limited edition models that have been inspired by the colour of the tropical dial effect - a Manufacture Chronograph and an Automatic Date. The dials are beige with brown counters and brown flanges and have been fondly nicknamed the "Cappuccinos" thanks to their warm and harmonious colour scheme. No doubt it'll be available at a Montblanc boutique near you soon.
