What's Up This Week
MOD-SIN OMAKASE
Char kway tiao made of thin soft strips of cuttefish instead of rice noodles. Laksa served with roast red snapper, prawn and cucumber dumpling. Soon kueh made of Hokkaido scallop, bamboo shoots, mushrooms and summer truffle. Desserts inspired by the Singapore Sling.
Chef Willin Low's 8-course omakase at the Wild Rocket pop-up at Roketto Izakaya makes for a delectable National Day celebration meal for any patriot - with a charity element to boot. It is a Mod-Sin take on Singaporeans' favourite dishes and available only in August, Singapore's birthday month.
