SINGAPORE-BASED Indonesian sisters Monica Josephine and Steffi Elvira so crave their chilli that they always have a bottle of their homemade chilli sauce in hand, even when studying abroad in Europe. Since their return three years ago, and plenty of cajoling from friends later, they've decided to spin off their love of spice i-nto a full-time business, Mofo Chilli. The preservative-free sauces are vegan-friendly and come in two flavours, Dodge the Bullet and the doubly hot Final Destination, a melange of red and green hues that will sit pretty on the dinner table.
