But there's a lot more to Los Angeles than just Beverly Hills and sound stages.
For a start, Los Angeles has more museums and theatres than any other American city. There are more than 105 museums, but if time is a constraint, The Broad, and The Getty Center are two worth checking out.
The Broad, on Grand Avenue in downtown LA, is a contemporary art museum founded by philanthropists Eli and Edythe Broad.
