Gordon Ramsay is back with a second season of eating dangerously in Gordon Ramsay: Uncharted, where the Michelin starred chef pushes his physical limits by venturing into off-grid locations in pursuit of great food. The National Geographic series sees him travelling through Tasmania, South Africa, Indonesia, Louisiana, Norway, India and Guyana - risking limb and hairdo as he scales mountains, battles waves and bushwhacks his way through backcountry to forage for indigenous ingredients. In its first episode launched on June 8, Ramsay dives into the shark-infested waters in Tasmania in pursuit of giant spiny lobsters and avoids venomous snakes while foraging for herbs. In subsequent weeks, he heads to Africa to cook with Zulu warriors, Louisiana for Cajun food, and Indonesia to milk some buffalo. Bon appetit. ~ Jaime Ee
