Most restrictions eased, but it's not time to release the handbrakes fully

DAILY life will have a quite different look and feel for many people in Singapore this week, as the country marks a significant milestone in the longer term strategy to live with Covid-19.

From today (Mar 29), groups of up to 10 can gather or dine at eateries. The restrictions on the sale and consumption of alcohol after 10.30pm have finally been lifted. The wearing of face masks is now optional when outdoors. As many as three-quarters of those who can work from home are allowed to return to the workplace....
